Shelly recently graduated form Kemmerer High School and just started a course in Chemical Engineering at Brigham Young University in Provo. While in high school, she was a member of National Honor Society, student director of drama group, member of yearbook staff and held other leadership appointment as well as maintaining a 4.0 GPA.“My mission is to show young women that anyone can be “Confidently Beautiful” without having to alter their image to match popular media standards.” said Shelly.
At the same event, Autumn Olson was crowned Miss Wyoming USA 2016.

is from the small town of Kemmerer, in the southwest of her state. She
recently graduated from Kemmerer High School and is a freshman at
Brigham Young University in Provo where she hopes to earn a degree in
chemical engineering. In high school she was an active
member of the National Honor Society, student director of drama club,
member of the yearbook staff, captain, driver and mechanic of the
robotics team, president of the band, chair on the senior trip committee
