Mikaela Bruer is Miss Oregon Teen USA 2016

Mikaela Bruer was crowned Miss Oregon Teen USA 2016 at the end of the finals, held  at Mt. Hood Community College. She represented Polk County at the state pageant and having won the state title, will represent Oregon at Miss Teen USA 2016 to be held next year. Natriana Shorter was crowned Miss Oregon USA 2016 at the same event

Bruer is 16 years old and is a professional model who has modeled both within and outside USA for Supermodels Unlimited. The 4.33 GPA queen who is passionate about helping both human and animals hopes to attend Cornell University to study Agricultural Management. With a growing thirst for adventure Mikaela has visited 12 countries and hopes to reach 20 by the age of 25. When she’s not busy raising and showing livestock, or competing as an all-star cheerleader, Mikaela strives to “make the best better” by participating in her local 4-H programs.

The state has won the Miss Teen crown thrice courstesy of Mindy Duncan (1988), Bridgette Wilson (1990), and Tami Farrell (2003) who also won the Miss Congeniality award of that year. The state has not placed again since 2003. We hope Mikaela will make a top notch next year.

AbbyJade Larson wins Miss Utah Teen USA 2016

The reigning Miss North Logan Teen USA, AbbyJade Larson won Miss Utah Teen USA 2016 pageant held on December 5th, 2015 at the Grand Theater in Salt Lake City. She is 17 years old and was crowned by the outgoing queen Brooke Skabelund. She will be representing the state at Miss Teen USA 2016 while Teale Murdock is the state's delegate at Miss USA 2016 to be held next year.  

According to her Facebook profile. She is a member of the Class of 2016 at Sky View High School in Smithfield, Utah. If she is crowned Miss Teen USA, she will become the first contestant from Utah to win the national title. The highest-placing teen contestant in the state's history, so far, is Miss Utah Teen USA 1995 Loni Sorden, who was named second runner-up. Miss Utah Teen USA 2010 Angelia Layton was third runner-up at the national pageant. Layton was later crowned Miss Utah USA 2014. She is best known for her stint as a contestant on "Survivor: Philippines."

Sydney Dolanch wins Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA 2016

18 years old Sydney Dolanch was crowned Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA 2016 at the same pageant where Elena LaQuatra was adjudged Miss Pennsylvania USA 2016 on Saturday, Dec. 5th, 2015. The 5.8" tall queen from Pittsburgh succeeds Jasmine Daniels of Collegeville and now has the official right to compete at the 2016 Miss Teen USA Pageant as Pennsylvania's delegate.

Her runners ups were  Madonna Mantione and Alana Andersen as 1st and 2nd runner up respectively while Brooke Calle and Robin Stoner finished as 3rd and 4th respectively. The special awards went to Madonna Mantione as Miss Congeniality and Miss Photogenic

The state can boast of one Miss Teen USA crown bagged in 2000 courtesy of Jillian Parry. Afterwards, Sydney Robertson of 2014 effort to bag the second crown ended as 2nd runner up. It has been placed several times and Jamine Daniels of this year's contest finished as Top 15.

Karlie Hay is crowned Miss Texas Teen USA 2016

17 years old Karlie Hay was crowned Miss Texas Teen USA 2016 on November 29, 2015 at Hilton Houston Post Oak Hotel, Texas.  The 5'8" tall queen represented her hometown, Kemah at the state level to succeed Chloe Kembel Miss Texas Teen USA 2015. As the newly crowned queen, she will represent Texas at Miss Teen USA 2016 where she hopes to be crowned by the reigning Miss Teen USA Katherine Haik from Louisiana.

Tristany Hightower from Phoenix is Miss Arizona Teen USA 2016

15-year-old Tristany Hightower from Phoenix was crowned Miss Arizona Teen USA 2016 at the same pageant where Chelsea Myers won Miss Arizona USA 2016. Tristany will now represent her state at the Miss Teen 2016 pageant where she hopes to succeed reigning Miss Teen USA Katherine Kaik. She succeeds Neda Danilovic who finished as Top 15 at Miss uSa2015 pageant.

The only Top 5 placement bagged by Arizona was in 1999 by Danielle Demski. Other placement were as semifinalist.

Katy Brown was crowned Miss Connecticut Teen USA 2016

Katy Brown from Hebron was crowned Miss Connecticut Teen USA 2016  at the conclusion of the state pageant, held on November 15, 2015 at Hartford Marriott Farmington in Hartford. She will represent Connecticut at the next edition of Miss Teen USA, to be held next year.

Dallas Ezard is Miss Missouri Teen USA 2016

Dallas Ezard won the Miss Missouri Teen USA 2016 pageant concluded at on October 4, 2015 at the J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts in St. Charles. The 18 years old and 5'9" tall beauty who represented Lake of the Ozarks at the state pageant succeeded Christina Stratton. As Miss Missouri Teen USA 2016, she will represent Missouri at the next edition of Miss Teen USA to be held next year.

Valeria Podobniy was crowned Miss New Hampshire Teen USA 2016

Valeria Podobniy was crowned Miss New Hampshire Teen USA 2016  by the outgoing queen Eleanor Lathram at the conclusion of the state pageant, held at the Radisson Hotel on November 1, 2015. She will represent New Hampshire at the next edition of Miss Teen USA, to be held next year.

Reigning Miss Gadsden Teen USA Erin Snow was crowned Miss Alabama Teen USA 2016 at the Montgomery Performing Arts Center on November 7, 2015.She will now represent her state at the 2016 Miss Teen USA Pageant where she hopes to be crowned by the reigning Miss Teen USA Katherine Haik from Louisiana.

Alexis Wynne from Denver wins Miss Colorado Teen USA 2016

17-year-old Alexis Wynne from Denver is Miss Colorado Teen USA 2016. She stands 5'9" tall and was 3RU at last year's contest. She was crowned by the outgoing queen Taylor Kelly of Castle Pines on October 25th. She will compete at the 2016 Miss Teen USA Pageant. Caley-Rae Pavillard was crowned Miss Colorado USA 2016 at the same event.

Colorado has only placed five times in the Miss Teen USA pageant’s history. Three of those placements all came in the 1990s. The fourth placement, in 2007, was Colorado’s only win, as well as its only top five placement. They have also won a style award, in 1999.

Ellie Picone is Louisiana's bet for Miss Teen USA 2016. She won the title Miss Louisiana Teen USA 2016 on Oct 24, at Heymann Performing Arts Center in Lafayette. She is 16 years old from Mandeville and was crowned by the outgoing queen, Miss Louisiana USA 2015 Katherine Haik who is also the reigning Miss Teen USA 2015. Ellie Picone will try to make a back-to-back win for Louisaina at Miss Teen USA 2016 pageant. Also at the event, Maaliyah Papillion was crowned Miss Louisiana USA 2016

Miss Washington Teen USA 2016 is Claire Wright

Claire Wright was crowned Miss Washington Teen USA 2016 on October 18, 2015. She is  from Seattle and stands 5'8" tall. She was crowned by the outgoing queen, Miss Washington Teen USA 2015 Priya Gopal-Walker. Claire will represent her state at the 2016 Miss Teen USA Pageant. Stormy Keffeler was crowned Miss Washington USA 2016 at the same event.

After winning Miss Washington Junior Teen in 2013 she represented Washington state as she competed in the National Miss America pageant competition, finishing in the top 10. She said it was an amazing experience, and she enjoyed meeting so many girls from all over the nation. Wright said she started doing pageants in seventh grade after being bullied in some of her regular activities. In her very first pageant, she made the top 15.

She created an inspirational program, PROJECT CLAIRE BEAR, which has aided hundreds of children in learning to overcome their challenges. Claire is a senior at Eastside Catholic High School, where she is a National Honor Society member and leader. She plans to obtain her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and become a broadcast journalist for a major network.

Gina Mellish was crowned Miss New Jersey Teen USA 2016 on October 18, 2015. She is 16 years old beauty queen from Oceanport and stands 5'9" tall. She was crowned by the outgoing queen, Miss New Jersey Teen USA 2015 Jacqueline Giancola who was unplaced at Miss Teen USA 2015. Gina now has the official right to represent her state at the 2016 Miss Teen USA Pageant where the reigning Miss Teen USA Katherine Haik from Louisiana will crown her successor at the end of the event.

The highest placement of New Jersey at the Teen's level was in 2007 when Alyssa Campanella finished as 1RU and later won Miss USA 2011 as a representative of California. Jacklyn Pezzotta and Valentina Sanchez both finished as 4RU in 2003 and 2014 respectively. Also recorded several semifinalists and finalists. Rhode Island has placed six times at the Miss Teen USA Pageant, most recently in 2009 when Talia Turco made the top 15. The state's first finalist was Shaelyn McNally in 2006. One of those semi-finalists was Shanna Moakler, who would later win the Miss New York USA pageant and take the Miss USA title when Chelsi Smith won Miss Universe.

Makenzie Falcon Miss South Dakota Teen USA 2016

Makenzie is currently stduying at University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she is double majoring in Political Science and Global Studies with a minor in Human Rights & Humanitarian Affairs. She is also a member of the Honors Program and the Pre-Law Program. Her future ambition is to work in the field of immigration law and someday serve as a U.S. senator. In pursuit of her dream, she has been involved in the political process during these years- she volunteered at a local campaign office and attended the American Legion Auxilary's Girls State program, where she was then one of two girls selected to represent South Dakota in Washington D.C. at Girls Nation. There, Makenzie had the opportunity to meet with the South Dakota state senators and representative, as well as President Barack Obama.

South Dakota is also least successful in Miss Teen USA just like Miss USA pageant. Its one and only finalist placement was in 1986 when Valarie Marsden finished as 4th runner up.
