Katy Brown from Hebron was crowned Miss Connecticut Teen USA
2016 at the conclusion of the state pageant, held on November 15,
2015 at Hartford Marriott Farmington in Hartford. She will represent
Connecticut at the next edition of Miss Teen USA, to be held next year.
