Miss Denmark 2015, Jessica Josephina Hvirvelkær to compete in Miss World 2015

At the conclusion of the national pageant - Miss Denmark 2015 held at Culture Docken in Copenhagen, on September 13th, a winner by name Jessica Josephina Hvirvelkær was crowned as Miss Denmark 2015.  She will represent her country at Miss World 2015 on 19 December 2015 at the Beauty Crown Grand Theatre in Sanya, China. The 18 years old newly crowned beauty from Aarhus succeeds to Pernille Sørensen who was unplaced at Miss World 2014.

In her words to tv2oj.dk news, “It is indescribable. It’s not quite sunk in yet” she expressed her feelings.

Denmark is yet to win a Miss World crown but fortunate in Mister World as the current Mister World  2014 is Nicklas Pedersen from Denmark.the Miss Denmark pageant is being organized by Lisa Lents, representative of Denmark in Miss World 2008 who failed to be placed. who represented Denmark in Miss World 2008
