Austria, host country for Miss Earth 2015 has crowned its representative Sophie Totzauer as Miss Earth Austria 2015 after the national contest held yesterday September 8 at Marx Helle, Vienna. The 23-year-old queen from Vienna defeated 12 other contestants to claim the honor of representing her country at the Miss Earth 2015 contest coming up in her country, Austria. Miss Earth Austria 2014 Valerie Huber crowned her at the end of the event.

The highest Austria has reached in Miss Earth pageant was in 2013 when Katia Wagner bagged the title Miss Earth Air 2013 equivalent to first runner-up.
