Miss Wisconsin USA 2016 winner is Kate Redeker

Kate Redeker was crowned Miss Wisconsin USA 2016 on September 13, 2015 at  Fond Du Lac Performing Arts Center. The 21-year-old and 5'10" tall queen battled out 44 other contestants to be crowned by the outgoing queen Haley Laundrie who was unpalced at Miss USA 2015 in Baton Rouge. Kate is a professional model who finished Top 16 at Miss Teen USA 2013. She will be representing Wisconsin in Miss USA 2016 next year.

She graduated from Sheboygan Area Lutheran High School and her future ambition is to be a pilot. She decribed herself as outgoing, personable and Christian. Her hobbies include fishing, hunting, flying, playing sports and helping people. She also does volunteering jobs at charity organizations. Tyra McFarland and Heidi Golznig finished first and second runner-up respectively.
