Andrea Tovar Velasquez wins Senorita Colombia 2015

Miss Choco, Andrea Tovar Velasquez is Senorita Colombia 2015. She defeated 22 other contestants to win the title at the end of a magnificent finale held last night at Auditorio Getsemani-Centro de Convenciones Julio César Turbay Ayala, Cartagena. The 22-year-old and 1.79m tall queen will represent Colombia in Miss Universe 2016 contest.
She succeeded last year’s winner Ariadna Gutiérrez who will represent Colombia at this year’s Miss Universe pageant in Las Vegas next month.

She is a student of Industrial Design at Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogota. She is a daughter of a doctor and a businesswoman. The event was judged by judges for the night consisted of Ana Gabriela Delgado, Mayela Camacho, José Slim and Stefan Regez.

The runners-up were Daniela Herrera (Virreina Nacional) who is expected to join Miss International 2016., Alejandra Ochoa (1st Princess), Maria Camila Soleibe (2nd Princess) and Carmen Ibeth Alomia (3rd Princess).
