Emanii Davis is Miss Georgia USA 2016

Emanii Davis won Miss Georgia USA 2016 held on November 21, 2015 and was crowned by the outgoing titleholder Brooke Fletcher. The 5'8 tall queen from Griffin will be the official delegate at Miss USA 2016 pageant where reigning Miss USA Olivia Jordan from Oklahoma would crown her successor. Emanii was the fourth runner up in the Miss Georgia USA 2014 pageant. Bentley Wright was crowned Miss GA Teen USA 2016 at the same event.

Emanii is a senior at Valdosta State University. She is involved with Emerging Leaders, NAACP and Ambassadors for VSU and would like to work for E! News or CNN as a broadcaster later in future.
“I plan to be well off financially, living in a big city, and hopefully married with a child or two. Most importantly, I plan to be happy and enjoying life.” she said.

Georgia has never won Miss USA pageant, however has placed in the Top 5 court severally but once as 1RU in 1993 by Erin Nance.The last placement was as 2nd runner up by Tiana Griggs in 2014. Do you think Emanni Davis can bag the state's first crown?
