Charity Lu Lu Seng (Uru Seng Maw) was crowned Miss World Singapore 2015 at the end of the glittering event held on Wednesday, October 21. She vied against 13 other finalists to clinch to the coveted national title. She is 20 years old and succeeds  Dalreena Poonam Gill Miss World Singapore 2014. As the new queen, she will represent Singapore at Miss World 2015 pageant in Sanya, China on December 19. The runners-up were Kuek Ziyi, Charis Lin, Ashley Chin and Sheen Cher.

According to Charity's facebook page, she studied Biotechnology at Singapore Polytechnic, also works at Colgate and Singapore Polytechnic.

Singapore is one of the least successful countries in Miss World contest as it has never won the Miss world title before since it participation in 1972. And the only placement had was 29 years ago when Pauline Poh Neo Cheong finished as Top 15 in Miss World 1976 contest. But can Charity Lu Lu Seng bag a placement this year.
