Chelsea Hardin was crowned Miss Hawaii USA 2016
on November 22, 2015 by outgoing titleholder Emma Wo who finished as Top 11 at this 2015 edition. The 24 years old and 5'11" tall beauty queen represent East Oahu at the state pageant and now has the right to represent her state at the national level - Miss USA 2016.
