Nadia Mejia is Miss California USA 2016

Nadia Mejia from Diamond Bar was crowned Miss California USA 2016 on December 6, 2015 at the Terrace Theater in Long Beach, CA. The 20-year-old and 5'11"  tall queen was crowned by outgoing titleholder Natasha Martinez of Chino Hills.Nadia will represent her state at Miss USA 2016 pageant.
At the same event, Athenna Crosby was crowned Miss California Teen USA 2016.

Nadia is a model at Next Model Management. She is the daughter of pop star Gerardo Mejia and pageant queen (Miss West Virginia USA 1989) Kathy Mejia. Nadia has been modeling and singing, just like both of her parents, and hopes to have the success they did. She is currently a TV Personality on “Suave Says” which started airing on VH1 in Fall, 2014.

She won an award of $3,000 (Miss CA)-$5,000 (Miss USA) scholarship to the school of her choice plus scholarships with the New York Film Academy and Lindenwold University. She will also receive representation with LA Models and win a significant amount of wardrobe and prizes.
