Sao Tome and Principe release about Miss Universe contest

Though, the Miss Universe Organization is yet to officially declare the host country for the event. It was heard that Colombia and China were bidding to host the event of which Colombia back out from the bid after the Donald Trump Controversy about the Mexicans. Considering the fact that the last edition was held in January 2015, we doubt the probability of the 2015 edition to hold his year.

But two days ago, 17th August, the Portuguese version of Radio France Internationale (RFI) released via http://www.portugues.rfi.fr/sao-tome-e-principe/20150817-sao-tome-e-principe-deve-acolher-miss-universo-2015 that Sao Tome and Principe will host the Miss Universe 2015 contest late November to early December 2015. This is a Portuguese-speaking island nation in the Gulf of Guinea.

The competition aims to show skills of the rich African continent in terms of beauty, promote African resources and bring the world to Africa with conferences and workshops on tourism and entrepreneurship.
