Abby Floyd is Miss Arkansas USA 2016

Abby Floyd was crowned Miss Arkansas USA 2016 on November 1, 2015 at the Arend Arts Center. Abby has few months to prepare for the 2016 Miss USA Pageant  where she hopes to be crowned by the reigning Miss USA Olivia Jordan from Oklahoma.
