Victoria Wiggins is Miss Kansas USA 2016

Victoria Wiggins was crowned Miss Kansas USA 2016 yesterday, Nov. 29th 2016. The 24 years old beauty from Junction City was crowned by the outgoing titleholder Alexis Railsback of Shawnee. 5'9" tall Wiggins will have the opportunity to compete at the 2016 Miss USA Pageant where she hopes to be crowned by the reigning Miss USA Olivia Jordan from Oklahoma. Madison Moore won the Teen pageant and will be representing the state at Miss Teen USA 2016.

Kansas only win was in 1991 by Kelli McCarty. After the win, the state had made close inch to the crown several times by finishing as 1RU and 2RU twice on different editions. The last placement was 5 years ago when Bethany Gerber finished as Top 10.
