Aniporn Chalermburanawong was crowned Miss Universe Thailand 2015 on July 18,
2015 at Royal Paragon Hall in Bangkok. The 1.76m tall beauty pageant from
Lampang, studying Social Administration in Thammasat University in Thailand
will represent her country at Miss Universe 2015. Pimbongkod Chankaew
representative of Thailand at Miss Universe 2014 crowned Aniporn as her successor.
The 1st runner up was Chavika Watrsang (Phuket)
and 2nd runners-up include Chatchadaporn Kimakorn (Phichit),
Anchalika Na Phatthalung (Phatthalung), Ravinnipa Hamid (Bangkok)
In
1992 and 2005, Thailand hosted Miss Universe Pageant, Chananporn Rosjan,
Miss Thailand Universe 2005, won the Best National Costume award in her
country. She is the first Miss Thailand Universe that received the special
award at Miss Universe Pageant.
